Google DeepMind is the artificial intelligence research and engineering division of Alphabet, formed in 2023 by merging the London laboratory founded in 2010 with the Google Brain team. It builds frontier foundation models such as the Gemini family, generative media systems including Veo and Imagen, and scientific tools like AlphaFold, whose protein structure predictions earned a share of the 2024 Nobel Prize in Chemistry. The unit pairs long-horizon research on reinforcement learning and general intelligence with product delivery across Google Search, Workspace, Android and Google Cloud.

About the job

As a Creative in Marketing, you bring visual, design, written and experiential acumen to Google products and services, presented across all major media, content, channels, and experiences. You will work with a deeply cross-functional team and inspire a team of vendor partners by sharing ideas and developing effective solutions to generate multiple concepts supporting all forms of major media. We use our technologies for widespread public benefit and scientific discovery, ensuring safety and ethics are always our highest priority.

We are pushing the boundaries across multiple domains. Our global teams offer diverse learning opportunities and varied career pathways for those driven to achieve exceptional results through collective effort.

  • Ensure asset consistency across multiple formats while upholding DeepMind brand standards and visual guidelines.
  • Create engaging social-first content for a variety of platforms and audiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro and Google Workspace and strong understanding of post-production workflows.
  • Good knowledge of contemporary cameras, file formats, codecs, and their proper managing in a post workflow.
  • Passion for visual storytelling and translating complex tech or scientific milestones into engaging narratives.
  • Strong self-motivation, time management, and the ability to balance multiple fast-moving projects.
