Position Summary

The Project Manager - Windows & Storefronts will oversee all phases of supply-only window and storefront projects - from submittals and procurement through delivery and coordination with third-party installation partners.

This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple concurrent projects, maintain strong relationships with contractors and vendors, and ensure timely and accurate material supply that meets project specifications and client expectations.

While installation work is subcontracted, the Project Manager will act as the primary liaison between GV Facades, clients, and installers to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of window and storefront supply projects from contract award through material delivery and closeout.
• Review and understand project drawings, specifications, and scope to ensure accuracy of materials ordered and supplied.
• Coordinate with design, drafting, fabrication, logistics, and third-party installers to ensure on-time delivery and installation readiness.
• Oversee submittal preparation, material approvals, procurement schedules, and shipping logistics.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings with clients, GC representatives, and subcontracted installers.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics to ensure profitability and compliance.
• Resolve project-related challenges proactively - including design clarifications, supply chain issues, and coordination conflicts.
• Ensure all work meets contractual, safety, and quality standards.
• Lead project closeout activities, including documentation, warranties, and client satisfaction follow-up.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and process alignment across departments.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3-5 years of Project Management experience in Windows, Storefronts, Glazing, or Facade Supply, required.
• Construction Management or Engineering Degree, strongly preferred.
• Prior experience coordinating with subcontract installers and managing supply-only scopes, preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of aluminum systems, glass specifications, and hardware coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Zoho One or similar project management software (training available).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel 20-30%, as required for site visits and coordination meetings.
