We are looking for an experienced Frontend Engineering Manager to lead frontend development, drive technical excellence, and build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on frontend expertise, proven engineering leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of frontend engineers.
Drive frontend architecture, technical design, and development best practices.
Build scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and engineering standards.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver product features.
Drive performance optimization, application security, and maintainability.
Manage sprint planning, task prioritization, delivery timelines, and technical dependencies.
Identify technical challenges and drive continuous improvements in frontend development.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to long-term technology decisions.

Requirements:

Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Extensive experience with React.js and modern frontend frameworks.
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and UI development.
Experience with frontend architecture, reusable components, and state management.
Knowledge of REST APIs and integration with backend services.
Experience with frontend testing frameworks and automated testing.
Understanding of web performance optimization, debugging, and browser compatibility.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development practices.

Leadership Requirements:

Proven experience leading and mentoring frontend engineering teams.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to balance hands-on technical contributions with people management.
Experience driving technical roadmaps, delivery commitments, and engineering standards.
