The role

• Lead the design and engineering function for a specialist building-envelope contractor.
• Set technical standards for the company's core building-envelope systems.
• Own design quality, technical compliance and delivery timelines company-wide
• Report directly to the Managing Director and Board on design strategy
• Represent the design function in tenders, bids and key client meetings
• Coordinate design decisions with architects, consultants and manufacturing teams

What you'll bring

• 15+ years designing and delivering large, technically complex façade projects
• Track record spanning design through fabrication through site execution
• Experience leading and mentoring sizeable engineering teams
• Deep knowledge of curtain wall, glazing, aluminum or building-envelope systems relevant to the industry.
• Working familiarity with Indian and international façade design standards
• Degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture
• International project exposure and practical BIM or digital design adoption
• Must be willing to relocate to Mumbai
