Business Development Manager – Doha, Qatar

The Business Development Manager will own the commercial pipeline end to end, from lead generation through to contract close, across commercial, hospitality and luxury residential projects. The mandate follows continued project wins and an expanding bid pipeline, a clear signal of momentum in the local fit-out market. It is a hunter's seat: closing deals, not just opening doors, in one of Doha's more active design and build markets.

Package: QAR 18,000-25,000 per month, plus commission (structure to be confirmed).

The role

• Identify and secure new business across commercial, hospitality, retail and residential fit-out.
• Build and manage a pipeline covering interior design, FF&E, joinery and turnkey fit-out.
• Develop relationships with developers, main contractors, PMCs and architectural practices.
• Lead client presentations, pitching design concepts and company portfolios.
• Coordinate with design, estimation and procurement teams on proposals and BOQs.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value contracts while protecting margin.

What you'll bring

• 8-12+ years' B2B business development or sales in fit-out, FF&E or design.
