Human Resources Generalist

The Role

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This role serves as a primary point of contact for employees, providing timely support and guidance on a variety of HR-related matters. The ideal candidate is service-minded, organized, and committed to delivering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct prompt, thorough, and objective workplace investigations involving employee misconduct, harassment, discrimination, attendance, and other workplace concerns.

Advise leaders on performance management, coaching, corrective action, and progressive discipline processes.

Coach managers on effective communication, accountability, and employee engagement strategies.

Assist with employee accommodations, leave administration, and workplace policy questions.

Provide employees with general information regarding benefits, leave programs, company policies, and HR processes.

Assist employees with navigating HR systems and self-service tools, including updating personal information and accessing employment-related resources.

Support onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.

Generate routine reports and assist with HR administrative processes and compliance activities.

Utilize HR technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance employee support.

Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.

Perform additional HR projects and responsibilities as assigned. 

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

1–3 years of HR or related experience.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn HR systems and technology platforms.

Experience using or willingness to learn AI-powered workplace tools and digital technologies.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
