Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow, within agreed timelines.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis and provide management insights.
• Coordinate monthly inventory counts, investigate inventory variances, and ensure timely reconciliations.
• Review GL balances and perform Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts and projected financial statements.
• Prepare pre-order and post-order costing and profitability analysis.
• Prepare management reports and other ad-hoc financial analyses as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cost control, financial planning, and management decision-making.
• Assist in completing company Tax matters

Candidate Profile

• Possess a degree or part qualification in CA, CIMA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Management Accounting and Taxation
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems
• Exposure to Management Accounting and Cost Accounting within export-oriented manufacturing operations would be highly advantageous
• Previous experience in managerial functions, auditing, and accounting assignments, particularly within an audit firm, would be an added advantage.
