• 5+ years of experience in enterprise services sales, with a focus on digital transformation and/or Infrastructure Services experience-led solutions.
• Deep Knowledge of Infrastructure services, Application Services and Engineering services Sales
• Good Communication skills
• Proven ability to lead and scale cross-functional sales strategies across large, distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Acquisition

• Drive incremental revenue growth by acquiring net-new logos and expanding footprint within the $1B-$5B mid-market segment assigned.
• Own end-to-end hunter motions including prospecting, qualification, deal shaping, and closure. Go-to-Market & Pipeline Ownership
• Define and execute a focused go-to-market strategy for the allocated segment with clearly articulated pipeline and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual revenue objectives. Executive Engagement & Deal Shaping
• Lead high-impact, consultative conversations with C-level and senior executives (CIOs, CTOs, Portfolio & Business Leaders).
• Position HCLTech as a strategic partner by aligning business outcomes with digital, infrastructure, and engineering-led solutions. Partner & Ecosystem-Led Growth
• Collaborate closely with the partner ecosystem, including ISVs, GSIs, and hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), to create co-innovation opportunities and joint deal motions.
• Identify market momentum through partner-led GTM initiatives and integrated solution
