Why this role, why now:

• We’re on track to cross $1M in the next month and have doubled over the last two months.

• Our sales motion is primed: we close ~70% of inbound leads and drive 50%+ revenue lift for most customers.
• Sales has been founder-led so far. We need a killer closer to take over.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end starting with a warm, high-converting inbound pipeline.

• Take over our founder-led motion and turn it into a repeatable playbook.

• Scale content creation and an outbound motion to drive new leads (on top of our healthy marketing inbound and referrals0.

• Work directly with the CEO on strategy, positioning, and pricing.

• Help define quotas, comp, and hiring for the AEs after you.

What We're Looking For

• A proven closer: 1-3+ years of consistently beating quota for a full-cycle B2B SaaS company.

• Stellar communicator: clear, compelling, and likeable over calls, demos, and writing.

• Consultative and product-minded: you can learn our space and grow into credibly talking paywalls, pricing, and A/B testing with our prospects.

• Extreme ownership: you don't need SDRs, enablement, or assets - you build what's missing.

• AI-native and process-driven: rigorous pipeline hygiene and systems that scale beyond you.

Nice To Haves

• Founding AE or first 5 sales hires
• Experience mobile/consumer subscription companies, or sold martech/growth/experimentation tools.
• Experience selling technical products at a high-growth startup.

• You need SDRs, enablement, or a finished playbook to succeed.
• You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or going deep on a technical product.
• You're not excited by the intensity of an early-stage, in-person team.
• You’re not willing to travel or run events

Compensation

• OTE: ~$160K (~50/50 base/variable), uncapped with accelerators above quota.

• Equity: 0.15%-0.3% - real founding-team-level upside.

• Ramp guarantee for your first months.

• This is a full-time, in-person role based in San Francisco - we work from the office 6 days a week (Mon-Sat)
• You must be based in the Bay Area or willing to relocate before starting.
• We require US work authorization, but are open to visa sponsorship for truly exceptional candidates.
