We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator, located on the U.S. West Coast, to play a pivotal role in our sales process by running HiBob’s proposal response process from end-to-end. You will be responsible for crafting comprehensive, compelling responses that effectively communicate HiBob's value proposition and capabilities. In addition to proposal management, this role will assist in the development and curation of proposal related tools and processes, such as a repository of proposal-related information and collateral as well as other projects as needed.

About The Team
This role will report to HiBob’s Global Proposals Manager as part of our greater Sales Engineering team, an integral part of the HiBob Go-To-Market organization. The Global Proposals team is a small but mighty team that supports the global sales organization in developing winning proposals. We are expected to act as leaders of our domain, simplifying complex proposal responses through strategic planning, clear direction, and effective content development. We do this by partnering with other functions internally (professional services, product, engineering, success, marketing etc.) and working proactively to stay up to date on HiBob’s products and services.
**Note: We are prioritizing candidates located in the PST time zone to meet the business needs of collaborating effectively with our Americas and APJ teams.
Base salaries for this role range from $110,000 - $135,000 per year. Additionally this role has a variable compensation component.

When making individual pay rate decisions, we take into account the candidates’ depth of experience, their qualifications relative to incumbent employees, and their location-among other factors.
Responsabilidades
- Manage the end-to-end RFP and proposal response process, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of multiple simultaneous projects.
- Find and create efficiencies in the business to help streamline the process
- Assist in developing detailed, professional proposal documents that articulate HiBob's products, services, and unique value
- Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or others to utilize, build and maintain a robust repository of response content and sales enablement materials
- Work closely with Global Proposals team members and Product Marketing to create content assets and prepare for new product launches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Finance, Security, Legal, etc.) to gather accurate information for both one-off and ongoing use
- Identify gaps and provide insights to enhance our proposal strategy based on customer feedback
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and HiBob's evolving product roadmap
- Act as leader; closely collaborating with GTM leaders and teams in strategic alignment, presenting process/tool updates, and identifying improvements.
Requisitos
- 5+ years of experience in RFP/proposal management, technical writing, or a related role (preferably in SaaS/HR tech)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with AI RFP tools like Inventive, etc., as well as G-Suite
- Understanding of HR processes, challenges, and technology solutions is a plus
