Missions
- Gérer l'interaction avec les clients avant le début de leurs locations et s'assurer de leur bon onboarding.
- Être garant de la bonne tenue de l'appartement pendant les périodes de location et interagir avec le client si besoin.
- Gérer les feedbacks des clients à leur retour dans leur appartement tout en s'assurant d'une satisfaction maximale.
Profil recherché
* Tu es pédagogue, patient(e) et tu sais être rassurant(e)* Tu es organisé(e), polyvalent(e), réactif(ve) et autonome
* Tu es passionné(e) par le contact humain
* Tu t’exprimes parfaitement à l'écrit comme à l'oral
