Would you like to help create the best customer experience in the Nordic market?

GARDENA, part of Husqvarna Group, is looking for two Customer Care Specialists to join our Nordic Customer Care team. One position is full-time (100%) and the other is part-time (80%).

We are building the Customer Care organization of the future, and we are looking for service-minded colleagues who enjoy solving problems and making a difference for customers every day. You will work in a Nordic and international environment where collaboration, customer focus and development are at the heart of what we do.

What We Offer

At GARDENA, you will become part of Husqvarna Group, an international organization with strong brands and ambitious goals. You will join an engaged Nordic team with a strong sense of collaboration and shared responsibility.

The role offers broad contact across functions and markets, as well as the opportunity to influence and improve how we work. You will develop your knowledge of customer service, products, systems and business processes in an environment where learning and customer value go hand in hand.

About the Role

As a Customer Care Specialist, you play an important role in creating a smooth and professional customer experience across the Nordic market. You will be in daily contact with our customers, the sales organization, logistics and other internal functions, ensuring that questions, orders, deliveries and claims are handled efficiently and with high quality.

You will take ownership of customer cases, communicate clearly and proactively, and contribute to the continued development of Customer Care Nordic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and digital channels.
  • Provide support related to products, orders, deliveries and claims.
  • Register, administer and follow up customer orders.
  • Ensure accurate customer and order data in our systems.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in sales, logistics, planning and other support functions.

You will also contribute to improvements in processes and ways of working, and participate in projects and development initiatives within Customer Care Nordic.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who enjoys customer contact and is motivated by finding solutions. You are structured, attentive to details and comfortable taking responsibility for your work. You communicate clearly, collaborate well across functions and national borders, and contribute positively to the team.

Qualifications

As the role involves daily contact with customers in several Nordic countries, language skills are essential. You must be professionally proficient in Swedish and Norwegian and preferably also in Danish.

Good English skills are a must and experience from a Nordic organization are beneficial.

We also see that you have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, order administration or a similar service-oriented role.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to take ownership of customer cases.
  • Good digital skills and confidence working in multiple systems.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
