Visual Designer

About the Role:

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll bring our brand to life across multiple touchpoints-from print materials to digital marketing assets. You’ll collaborate across departments to create visually engaging designs that captivate, inform, and inspire.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both print and digital design.
• Experience designing for social media, especially LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A keen eye for detail, with a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Design:

• Create visually compelling print materials, including flyers, booklets, brochures, and booth displays.
• Design engaging graphics and layouts for social media platforms, with a particular focus on professional, high-impact LinkedIn posts.
• Uphold and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual outputs.

Email Design:

• Design and optimize visually appealing email templates that align with brand and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop email campaigns that balance strong visuals with strategic messaging.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions that drive results.
• Present and communicate design concepts and ideas clearly to stakeholders, incorporating feedback throughout the creative process.
