工作內容

1. 系統專案管理：

  • 擔任專案管理角色，負責確保CRM/品管系統的專案進展順利，按時交付，達成既定目標。
  • 監督團隊成員的工作進度，解決專案中的障礙，確保質量和效率。
  • 與開發團隊合作，明確界定產品功能和需求，確保開發團隊理解並能夠實現這些需求。

2. 系統產品管理：

  • 負責制定CRM/品管系統的長期策略與目標，確保產品方向與公司業務目標一致。
  • 策劃並執行CRM/品管系統的發展計畫，確保產品滿足市場需求並持續創新。
  • 與相關利益相關者進行密切的協調和溝通，包括內部團隊、客戶、合作夥伴等，以確保所有利益相關者的需求被充分理解和滿足。

工作地點：竹北辦公室(新竹縣竹北市文興路二段539號)

5. 具 IT 架構（API／權限／AD／雲端平台）協作經驗

6. 熟悉MS SQL操作
