AI / ML Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 5-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, MLOps, and Generative AI technologies to build scalable AI-driven applications and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for business and operational use cases.
• Build end-to-end machine learning pipelines including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
• Develop predictive analytics, recommendation systems, classification, regression, and forecasting models.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.
• Implement and optimise Deep Learning models using modern frameworks.
• Develop and integrate Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to define AI strategies.
• Monitor model performance, accuracy, drift, and reliability in production environments.
• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for continuous training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Document AI models, methodologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related domains.
• Strong programming expertise in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms and model development.
• Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of Data Science, Statistics, and Predictive Analytics.
• Experience with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of SQL and data engineering concepts.
• Experience deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
