Your role
Required:
- Must have a minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and development.
- Must have implementation experience in ITSM and any two of the ITOM Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITAM, IRM, SPM, HRSD, App Engine, Workflow Data fabric.
- Must have experience in building integrations through REST/SOAP.
- Must be excellent in English communication.
- Must have played client facing roles.
- Ability to work or lead or manage team members remotely and ensure tasks are completed on time with good quality.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM and others.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
Preferred:
- Good knowledge or experience in AI/GenAI topics and offerings.
- German Language.
