岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1.SAP BW on HANA 数仓建模开发：InfoObject、ADSO、CompositeProvider 建模，转换 / DTP / 流程链开发，增量（Delta）机制设计与调试;

2.ABAP 开发：转换例程（Start / End / Expert Routine）、数据源增强、函数模块;

3.性能优化：HANA Calculation View 开发与嵌套调用，BW Query 大数据量查询调优;

4.报表支撑：对接帆软、SAP BO（AO），负责底层取数逻辑与查询性能;

5.数据集成与开发：具备多源系统数据接入经验（如PO/ODATA/ODP等)、分层建模（ODS/DWD/DWS/ADS）与 ETL 开发。

任职要求 / Requirements

1.5年左右数仓 / BI 开发经验，其中 3 年以上 SAP BW（BW on HANA / BW/4HANA）实战，参与过 2 个以上完整项目，能熟练掌握 BW 核心对象建模（ADSO、CompositeProvider、Transformation、DTP、Process Chain）与增量抽取机制;

2.能独立编写、调试 ABAP 例程; 熟悉 HANA 视图与 SQLScript;

3.精通ABAP语法，能独立承接处杂报表与接口需求

4.精通 SQL，具备维度建模与数仓分层架构基础;

5.熟悉帆软 / SAP BO（AO）/ Tableau 至少一种，理解大数据量报表的取数逻辑与性能优化。
