Account & Success Manager (Fintech & Securities Specialist - Remote)

IBMC is assisting a fast-growing international Marketing & PR Agency in hiring a high-energy and strategic Account & Success Manager. Our client specializes in delivering high-impact marketing, media, and PR solutions for global firms, with a primary focus on the financial technology (fintech), securities, and capital markets sectors. They pride themselves on execution excellence and long-term client retention.

We are seeking an end-to-end Account & Success Manager who combines client relationship management with active pre-sales collaboration and inquiry resolution. In this role, you will serve as the primary bridge between international clients and internal delivery teams. Beyond managing existing client health and retention, you will actively handle incoming client inquiries and participate in discovery meetings with prospective new clients. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in fintech, securities brokerage, or financial services to navigate technical industry discussions with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship & Success Strategy: Act as the main point of contact for international fintech/securities accounts, executing tailored Success Plans aligned with their business objectives.
• Pre-Sales Support & New Business Meetings: Participate in pitch meetings and strategy calls with prospective new clients alongside the business development team, helping translate client needs into agency solutions.
• Inquiry & Incident Management: Serve as the first responder for day-to-day client inquiries, technical requests, and operational escalations, ensuring fast, accurate, and professional resolutions.
• Onboarding & Handover: Lead the seamless onboarding process for newly signed clients, translating sales promises into actionable service delivery workflows.
• Account Retention & Growth: Monitor account health metrics, conduct Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs), and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with PR, content, and media teams to ensure campaign deliverables meet financial compliance and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Relations within a Marketing/PR agency or a fintech/financial services firm.
• Industry Background (Must-Have): Direct experience or deep familiarity with Fintech, Securities/Brokerages, Trading Platforms, or Capital Markets is required.
• English Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable presenting to C-level executives and international stakeholders.
• Pre-Sales & Client Pitching: Proven ability to participate in new business discovery calls, handle client inquiries on the spot, and build trust quickly.
• Project & Tools Mastery: Strong organizational skills using CRM software (HubSpot/Salesforce), project tools (Asana/Monday.com), and data presentation suites.
• Mindset: High emotional intelligence, problem-solving agility, and a strong sense of ownership over client outcomes.
