岗位内容：1、负责运维体系的平台建设，能够提出合理的优化建议2、负责运维系统的编码开发，解决生产环境中的运维问题，解决疑难杂症3、参与运维系统的需求调研，支持需求人员完成文档编写4、作为技术支持方完成生产运维任务5、负责日常运维文档的编写，如安装部署，运维手册等6、支持测试人员并完成开发任务的验证及上线7、其它运维相关的技术性任务
人力要求：1、精通Python，能够编写逻辑复杂的运维工具，解决各种疑难杂症2、精通Linux操作系统，熟悉常见的系统参数调优3、熟练掌握运维中间件，包括Zabbix，ELK，grafana，skywalking，prometheus，k8s，docker等，了解工作原理，熟悉常用配置，能够进行配置调优4、熟悉C/C++，JAVA，Golang等开发语言优先考虑5、熟练掌握运维脚本，如shell，Groovy，Ansible，Jenkinsfile6、有一定的网络知识，了解网络协议，完成基本的网络问题排查7、具备运维脚本设计、开发、调试能力，能针对常见问题进行分析并解决8、具备良好的沟通能力，逻辑思维清晰，积极主动，抗压能力强，具备良好的团队合作能力
