4. 人員管理：領導並指導生產團隊，確保團隊成員的培訓和發展，並維護團隊的和諧氛圍。

5. 生產流程優化：持續改進生產流程，提高生產效率和產能，降低生產風險。

2. 優秀的領導與人員管理能力，能設定與分配工作目標、建立績效回饋與培育機制，激勵團隊持續提升效率與士氣。

3. 能落實並推動6S管理體系（整理、整頓、清掃、清潔、素養、安全），制定執行標準與稽核機制，透過持續改善維持安全、整潔與作業效率。

4. 具備良好溝通與跨部門協調能力，能與工程、品管、採購及營運等團隊有效協作，快速解決問題並促進資訊透明與流程順暢。

5. 歡迎具高度學習意願、良好態度與抗壓性，若有相關科系基礎或實習經驗更佳; 公司將提供完整在職培訓與職涯發展機會，協助新人快速成長。

薪資：月薪 TWD 30000 ~ 60000
