工作內容

1. 負責新產品開發（NPI）階段測試流程規劃、驗證執行及測試設備導入，確保產品依時程完成驗證並順利量產。

2. 統籌機櫃（Rack）、測試治具（tester）及相關測試設備之需求評估、建置規劃與交期管理，確保開發專案如期推進。

3. 與 POD 建置團隊密切合作，規劃及確認新產品 Run-in、系統驗證及環境測試需求，建立符合產品規格及客戶要求之測試環境。

4. 作為客戶、專案管理（PM）、生產排程及工程團隊之主要溝通窗口，協調跨部門資源並整合測試需求，推動專案順利執行。

5. 與供應商合作進行物料管理及異常處理，協調關鍵零組件供應狀況，降低專案風險並確保時程達成。

6. 偕同研發（RD）團隊進行測試設備開發、問題分析與技術改善，提升測試品質、設備穩定性及驗證效率。

7. 主導測試階段問題追蹤、風險評估及跨部門協調，推動問題快速收斂並提升產品開發品質。

8. 建立與優化流程、設備管理機制及標準作業流程（SOP），持續提升產品開發效率與量產品質。

條件要求

熟悉產品開發流程、英文流利者佳

薪資：月薪 TWD 30000 ~ 60000
