工作內容

職務內容：

1. 負責數位轉型產品之規劃與管理，包含市場與內部需求分析、產品定位、功能規劃及版本迭代。

2. 深入製造現場進行需求訪談與流程盤點，將營運痛點轉化為可執行的數位解決方案與產品功能。

3. 與研發及IT團隊合作，依照產品開發流程推動專案進度，包含需求文件撰寫、時程控管與風險管理。

4. 規劃並執行產品導入與推廣，包括教育訓練、導入計畫、使用者回饋蒐集與持續優化。

5. 運用數據分析與問題診斷能力，追蹤產品成效與使用行為，提出改善建議以提升產線效率與產品價值。

職務條件：

1. 具備3年以上製造業相關工作經驗，熟悉工廠營運流程 (如NPI流程 等)。

2. 具備數位轉型產品相關經驗，能規劃並推動導入與優化。

3. 熟悉產品開發流程及專案管理數位工具 (如Jira 等)。

4. 具備良好溝通協調與專案管理能力，能跨部門協調資源、解決問題，推動專案如期完成。

5. 具備系統性問題分析與數據思維，能以數據佐證決策，並持續優化產品與流程，提升營運效率。

條件要求

薪資：月薪 TWD 35000 ~ 65000
