工作內容

1.負責 AI Server 產品開發與量產導入之技術支援，包含規格確認、設計審查與試產問題追蹤

2.進行伺服器硬體與電子電路之功能驗證與故障分析，提出改善方案並追蹤問題至結案

3.依據產品測試與量產數據進行品質與良率分析，運用系統化問題解析能力持續優化產品可靠度

4.與研發、製造、品保、供應商及客戶協同合作，具備專案執行與跨部門溝通協調能力，確保專案時程與品質目標達成

5.撰寫技術文件、測試報告與問題分析資料，具備邏輯思考與清晰書面表達能力，能將複雜技術內容轉化為易懂資訊

條件要求

1.具 1 年以上 AI Server 相關產品工程或硬體研發 / 測試經驗，熟悉伺服器架構與關鍵零組件特性

2.具備電子電路分析能力，能閱讀原理圖與Layout，並進行故障診斷與問題排除

3.良好跨部門溝通協調能力，能與研發、品保、製造、供應商等單位有效合作推動專案

4.熟悉 Microsoft 辦公軟體（Excel、Word、PowerPoint等），能撰寫報告、製作簡報與數據整理

5.了解並能運用 QC 8 大分析手法（如 Fishbone、5Why、Pareto等）進行品質問題分析與改善

薪資：月薪 TWD 30000 ~ 60000
