工作內容

產品管制協調管理師(PCC)為新產品開發(NPI)專案之核心協調窗口，參與產品從研發設計、試產驗證到量產導入的完整開發流程。您將與研發、採購、製造、品保及國內外供應商團隊密切合作，推動專案進度、整合跨部門資源並排除開發過程中的各項挑戰，協助新產品如期上市並達成客戶需求。此職位可完整累積專案管理、供應鏈整合及跨部門協調經驗，是培養產品管理(PM)與專案管理能力的重要發展機會。

1. 掌控新產品專案之研發時程與進度。

2. 統籌研發團隊所需測試物料之需求，並管控分配進度狀況以及調度。

3. 協調R&;D進行BOM(Bill of Materials)的製作、拋送與變更之管制。

4. 試作(Pilot Run)排程之協調，備料進度之跟催，跨部門溝通協調，排解異常狀況，作為研發團隊與工廠之間溝通橋樑，使新產品順利導入工廠。

5. 新產品量產之後，各階段研發物料之回收處理以及成本管理。

6. 與國內外客戶及供應商合作溝通協調試作(Pilot Run)階段物料狀況。

條件要求

英語能力:TOEIC成績600分以上
