工作內容

職稱產品工程師

1. 負責生產異常與產品失效分析，確認 Root Cause 並推動改善。

2. 分析製程及測試不良，識別 Risk Station，提升產品良率與生產品質。

3. 制定並導入短期遏制及長期改善措施，持續改善產線 Top Issues。

4. 執行新產品導入(NPI)之製程、測試及量產可行性評估。

5. 運用量測與分析設備進行電子電路、訊號及產品功能驗證與問題排除。

6. 協同製造、品質、測試及相關工程團隊推動問題改善與量產導入。

7. 配合專案需求與國內外客戶進行技術溝通及問題追蹤。

工作內容

1. 電機、電子、資訊或相關工程科系，大學以上學歷。

2. 具 1 年以上電子製造、產品工程、製程工程或相關工作經驗。

3. 具基本英文溝通及技術文件閱讀能力。

4. 具問題分析、邏輯思考及跨部門溝通協調能力。

5. 具電子產品失效分析、NPI、伺服器或電子製造相關經驗者尤佳。

工作條件

1. 工作地點：新竹縣竹北市、湖口鄉

2. 需配合專案進行海外技術支援及短期出差。

條件要求

薪資：月薪 TWD 30000 ~ 60000
