Junior Application Support Engineer

• Provide first-line technical support for application-related issues, ensuring swift resolution and minimal downtime
• Troubleshoot daily user inquiries, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
• Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
• Document support activities meticulously to facilitate continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
• Assist in onboarding new users and delivering training on application features
• Monitor system performance and assist in routine maintenance tasks
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of support processes and tools

• Minimum 1 year of experience in application support or technical support roles
• Solid understanding of software applications and troubleshooting methodologies
• Good command of English (communicative level)
• French language skills are required at a communicative level
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site presence with remote work
• Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role

• Experience working with specific support ticketing systems or ITSM tools
• Certifications in technical support or related areas
• Knowledge of basic scripting or automation tools is a plus
