As an Application Support Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the IT infrastructure and systems industry. You will play a vital role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of complex IT systems, helping to deliver reliable support that enables digital transformation and operational excellence.

O que vais fazer

Provide proactive application support for complex IT infrastructure and enterprise systems
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system updates, patches, and improvements
Monitor system health and security, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing solutions
Document technical processes, support procedures, and incident reports thoroughly and accurately
Assist in the deployment of new systems and features, ensuring compliance with industry standards
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in both English and French
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for support workflows and service quality

O que é pedido

Minimum of 2 years of experience in application support or IT infrastructure management
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments and enterprise system protocols
Experience with monitoring tools and support ticketing systems
Good command of English (communicative level) and French
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues efficiently
Language required for the role: English (Communicative), French (Good command)
Eligibility to work in Europe: Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role

Valorizado

Familiarity with cloud services and ITSM frameworks is a plus
Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or relevant vendor-specific certifications
Experience working in a hybrid environment or remote support
