Job Description
The Packing Operator owns equipment performance and results within their assigned line/area. This role requires safely operating equipment, performing routine maintenance, and conducting quality checks to meet shift KPIs and minimize losses and defects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Safely operate, clean, inspect, and maintain packing line equipment according to standards
- Conduct quality checks and basic maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Meet shift and area KPIs while identifying and eliminating defects and losses
