Your opportunity
You will:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and dashboards that track sales activity, client engagement, and business performance
- Analyze trends in assets, flows, and client interactions to identify actionable insights for sales leadership
- Support recurring deliverables including sales and leadership reporting
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting outputs and source systems
- Contribute to the ongoing transition from legacy reporting tools to Power BI, improving scalability and user experience
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes
- Work with large and complex data sets from CM, marketing platforms, and internal systems
- Utilize tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL/Databricks, and Alteryx to support analysis and reporting
- Build and optimize data models and reporting solutions to support self-service analytics
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Technology teams
- Clearly communicate analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously improve reporting and analytical outputs
- Carry out other duties as assigned
Working hours
This role operates on a 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM CEST schedule Monday - Friday. Please consider this when you are applying.

Must have skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Business or related field
- 2-5 years experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related function
- Experience with data visualization tools including Power BI and Tableau is required
- Experience with Alteryx, SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, or data transformation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have skills
- Experience working with sales or client engagement data within financial services
- Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing data
