Account Manager

In this role, you will take full ownership of an active and loyal enterprise client portfolio. You will enjoy strong technical backing from certified cloud engineers to help you deliver excellent results. Your work will directly ensure client satisfaction while expanding your expertise in modern cloud technologies.

Job Description

• Build strong, trusted business relationships with assigned corporate enterprise clients across South Africa.
• Host regular review sessions with client technical managers and key decision-makers.
• Check monthly cloud billing statements to make sure client invoicing stays clear and accurate.
• Identify practical opportunities to help existing clients adopt new Microsoft Azure services.
• Team up with internal cloud architects to prepare clear commercial proposals for clients.
• Manage contract renewals smoothly to secure long-term client retention and satisfaction.
• Keep client interaction notes and active account progress up to date in the CRM.

What You Need to Apply

• Grade 12 Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 to 5 years of successful account management experience within the IT sector.
• Direct experience handling Microsoft Azure solutions or Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) licensing accounts.
• Proven track record of working comfortably with corporate IT managers and procurement teams.
• Confident communication, presentation, and contract negotiation skills.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (such as AZ-900) or an IT qualification will be a distinct advantage.
