Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies for AI, ML, and Generative AI applications.
• Validate AI model outputs for accuracy, consistency, fairness, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for AI solutions.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify and document defects, anomalies, and model performance issues.
• Assess AI systems for bias, security, explainability, and compliance risks.
• Analyse datasets and test data quality to ensure valid model performance.
• Work closely with Data Scientists, Developers, and Product Owners throughout the development lifecycle.
• Monitor AI solutions in production and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Produce detailed test reports and quality metrics for stakeholders.

Experience & Skills of the Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.
• Experience testing AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Data-Driven applications.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, model validation, prompt testing, and output verification.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• ISTQB certification advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
