Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the refrigeration industry preferred
  • Managerial experience will be beneficial
  • Must come from a sales background
  • Matric - non-negotiable
  • Technical refrigeration product knowledge
  • Technical industry knowledge with an established industry network
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Proficient Excel skills
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Networking and customer service skills
Responsibilities:
  • Grow the branch by overseeing the functioning of its various components
  • Create, improve and implement processes and systems to ensure the branch runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Analyse product sales performance and resolve issues causing slow-moving stock
  • Recruit, select and onboard employees for the branch
  • Review and report on item group sales performance to the Sales Manager
  • Regularly call on and visit the branch's customer base to obtain feedback on the customer service received
  • Ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively
  • Build and maintain strong customer and industry relationships
