Financial Manager

Job Description:

• Take full ownership of the finance function across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial control
• Deliver insightful monthly management accounts and exception reporting that enable faster and better business decisions
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing forecasting to support growth and business planning
• Drive month-end and year-end processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Manage cash flow forecasting and provide proactive recommendations to maintain financial stability and liquidity
• Build and strengthen financial policies, controls, and procedures that create a scalable finance function
• Partner with executives by providing meaningful financial insights, analysis, and commercial support
• Lead relationships with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and external stakeholders
• Mentor and develop the finance team, creating accountability and a culture of continuous improvement
• Champion automation, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency across the business

• Proven experience(2 - 5 years) as managing a team within an SME, group, or multi-entity environment
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and compliance expertise
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and create structure in a growing business environment
• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience, with the ability to improve processes and reporting
• A proactive, solutions-driven approach with strong stakeholder management and leadership capability
