Financial Manager

You'll be joining a growing South African fuel business that supplies bulk fuel to industries ranging from mining and construction to logistics, manufacturing and agriculture. With everything from bulk deliveries to fuel storage and monitoring solutions, the business is built around keeping its customers supplied, operational and moving.

This isn't the type of Finance Manager role where you're simply reporting the numbers after the decisions have been made. You'll be close to the action, working alongside key decision-makers, influencing outcomes and helping drive the business forward. In a lean, fast-moving environment, your input will carry weight, your ideas will be heard, and your impact will be visible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting function and ensure financial accuracy
• Manage the creditors, debtors and supplier accounting processes
• Review reconciliations and ensure outstanding items are resolved
• Lead audit processes and ensure strong financial controls are maintained
• Manage and support the finance team while driving efficient processes

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Qualified Charted Accountant
• Minimum 2 years' post-articles commercial experience
• Oil & Gas, Chemicals or Manufacturing industry experience
• Strong ERP systems exposure and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Xero experience advantageous)
