Sleutelverantwoordelikhede

  • Bestuur die volle finansiële funksie van die maatskappy.
  • Stel maandelikse, kwartaallikse en jaarlikse finansiële state en bestuursverslae op.
  • Lei die begrotings- en voorspellingsprosesse.
  • Monitor kontantvloei, kostebestuur en winsgewendheid.
  • Verseker voldoening aan toepaslike wetgewing, belastingvereistes en finansiële verslagdoeningstandaarde.
  • Bestuur ouditprosesse en skakel met eksterne ouditeure.
  • Ontwikkel, implementeer en monitor interne kontroles en finansiële prosedures.
  • Verskaf finansiële insigte en aanbevelings aan senior bestuur ter ondersteuning van strategiese besluitneming.
  • Toesig hou oor krediteure, debiteure, salarisadministrasie en algemene grootboekfunksies.
  • Ondersteun operasionele spanne met finansiële inligting en kostebeheer, spesifiek binne die myn-omgewing.
  • Reis van tyd tot tyd na die myn in Thabazimbi soos operasioneel vereis.

Minimum vereistes

  • Relevant finansiële kwalifikasie, met ten minste een van die volgende:
    • CA(SA)
    • ACCA
    • CMA
    • CPA
  • Minimum van 2 jaar toepaslike finansiële bestuurservaring.
  • Vorige ondervinding in die mynbou-, industriële- of swaarbedryf-omgewing sal voordelig wees.
  • Sterk kennis van finansiële verslagdoening, begrotings, belasting en interne beheer.
  • Ervaring met ouditbestuur en regulatoriese nakoming.
  • Uitstekende rekenaarvaardighede, veral in Excel en toepaslike finansiële stelsels / ERP-platforms.
  • Geldige bestuurslisensie en bereidwilligheid om van tyd tot tyd na Thabazimbi te reis.

Reisvereistes

Die kandidaat moet gemaklik wees om van tyd tot tyd na die myn in Thabazimbi te reis.

Verblyf sal voorsien word tydens hierdie besoeke, en petrolkoste sal vergoed word.
