  • Monitor voorraadvlakke en verseker dat voldoende voorraad beskikbaar is.
  • Hou akkurate voorraadrekords en voer gereelde voorraadkontroles uit.
  • Kontroleer ontvangde onderdele teen bestellings en fakture.
  • Bestuur die uitreiking en ontvangs van onderdele binne die werkswinkel.
  • Identifiseer voorraadverskille en verseker dat administrasie akkuraat en op datum is.

Minimum Vereistes

  • Graad 12 of ekwivalent.
  • Vorige ervaring as ’n Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, Stock Controller of soortgelyke rol binne die motorbedryf.
  • Kennis van voertuigdienste, herstelwerk en motoronderdele.
  • Sterk administratiewe en organisatoriese vaardighede.
  • Goeie rekenaarvaardighede en kennis van MS Office.
  • Geldige bestuurslisensie.
  • Uitstekende kliëntediens- en kommunikasievaardighede.
  • Vermoë om onder druk te werk en verskeie take gelyktydig te bestuur.
