Growth Marketing Specialist

Education:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, or a related field
• Proven success in developing and executing growth strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and analysing performance data to drive optimisation
• Experience working with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and customer lifecycle marketing initiatives
• Exposure to product-led growth, SaaS, subscription-based businesses, or eCommerce environments will be advantageous

Skills:

• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, lifecycle marketing, conversion rate optimisation, and growth frameworks
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
• Experience conducting A/B testing, funnel analysis, customer journey mapping, and conversion optimisation initiatives
• Knowledge of paid media, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, CRM, marketing automation, and customer engagement strategies
• Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Braze, Klaviyo, or similar CRM and automation tools
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on measurable outcomes, experimentation, and continuous improvement
• Relevant certifications in Google Analytics, HubSpot, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines will be advantageous
