IT Support and Automation Assistant

• Google Workspace Mastery: Provide internal support for Google Apps (Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.) and optimize how our teams use them.
• AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for tech queries, leveraging automation and AI tools to troubleshoot with a “can-do” attitude.
• Intelligent Tool Building: Assist in developing internal tools, automated workflows, and AI-driven solutions that make operations smarter.
• Data Integrity & Insights: Manage and report on data, ensuring leadership has accurate, real-time insights powered by advanced analytics.

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Excel & Google Sheets Expertise: Comfortable with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and ideally Google Sheets’ ArrayFormula.
• Self-Motivation: You don’t wait to be told-you see a problem and design a solution.
• Communication: Ability to explain technical and AI-driven solutions clearly to non-technical colleagues.
• SQL: Basic querying skills.
• Power BI / DAX: Experience building or maintaining dashboards.
• Reporting Platforms: Exposure to Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Google Apps Script & AI Automation: Experience scripting or integrating AI into workflows is a strong advantage.
