Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and optimize mechatronic systems for water filtration and treatment equipment, including pumps, valves, sensors, control panels, and automation systems.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain automation and control solutions using Siemens PLCs, HMIs, and VSDs to improve system performance, reliability, and safety.
  • Conduct testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of filtration systems both in-house and on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements for all designs and installations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, performance optimization, and design standardization.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, test reports, and operation manuals.
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing, installation, service, and online monitoring teams, including plant performance reporting.
  • Participate in project planning, execution, and progress reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related Mechanical, Electrical, or Control Engineering discipline.
  • 2+ years’ experience in mechatronic systems, automation, or industrial equipment; water treatment experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor.
  • Experience with Siemens PLC programming, HMI development, and industrial communication protocols.
  • Strong understanding of sensors, actuators, motors, pumps, and variable speed drives (VSDs).
  • Knowledge of water treatment processes, environmental regulations, and engineering standards.
