What You'll Do
As an Engineering Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your market and manage the full 360° recruitment sales cycle.- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering clients and professionals
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and business development
- Identify and source high-calibre engineering talent
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates
- Match engineering professionals with the right career opportunities
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Grow your client base, engineering market, and personal revenue
