Sales Servicing Representative - Logistics Industry

• Manage and grow a base of existing client relationships, visiting clients on-site when training or service needs require it.
• Handle and resolve client queries, ensuring solutions are practical and timeous.
• Identify opportunities to sign on new clients within your portfolio.
• Assist with general sales admin duties at the office.
• Use AI tools to work smarter and move with the times.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up consistently on outstanding items

What We're Looking For

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• A valid driver's license and own car (essential as client visits required).
• Comfortable balancing time between the office and the road.
• Excel skills and a working familiarity with AI tools.
• Sales, account management, or client servicing experience is an advantage.
