Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions within the Financial Services Cloud (FSC) environment.
• Develop and maintain OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors (Data Mappers), and FlexCards.
• Build and enhance Experience Cloud solutions to deliver exceptional customer and partner experiences.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex Classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce best practices.
• Design and support integration processes between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and cross-functional technical teams to deliver strategic solutions.
• Perform code reviews, testing, deployment support, and ongoing system enhancements.

Education:

• Relevant Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer within enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Extensive OmniStudio development experience, including:
• OmniScripts
• Integration Procedures
• Data Raptors (Data Mappers)
• FlexCards
• Experience developing and supporting Experience Cloud solutions.
• Strong development experience using Apex Classes and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce integration frameworks and enterprise integration processes.
• Experience within the banking or financial services sector will be advantageous.

• Salesforce Platform Development expertise.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Salesforce certifications relevant to development and platform specialisation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
