Our client is seeking a vibrant, energetic and commercially driven Key Accounts Manager to manage and grow key dealer accounts while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key dealer accounts.
• Drive sales growth and achieve defined commercial and marketing objectives.
• Identify, prospect and secure new clients and business opportunities.
• Increase distribution and availability of the company's brand portfolio to drive incremental volume.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and a thorough understanding of client needs.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and the ability to identify opportunities through effective business analysis.
• Proactively monitor customer satisfaction and anticipate potential service challenges.
• Manage projects and processes effectively, ensuring deadlines and objectives are achieved.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow existing accounts and maximise revenue opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and delivery.

Requirements

• Relevant postgraduate degree or diploma, preferably within Hospitality, Food & Beverage or a related field.
• 3-5 years' proven experience in Sales Management, Key Account Management or a similar commercial role.
• A strong, proven sales track record with a genuine hunter mentality.
• Experience in developing new business and managing strategic customer relationships.
• Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
• Ability to remain calm, professional and level-headed while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Highly presentable, articulate, persuasive and tenacious.
