Project Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from discovery and planning through to implementation and production deployment. You will work closely with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and high-performing IDP solutions.

This role is ideal for a proactive project leader who excels in complex environments, enjoys driving innovation, and can effectively bridge the gap between business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of Intelligent Document Processing projects.
• Manage Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, business analysts, QA teams, and vendors.
• Oversee document automation implementation activities across OCR and IDP platforms.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, change requests, and escalation processes.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, executive reporting, and project governance activities.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, sign-offs, and production readiness activities.
• Ensure projects meet security, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing agreements, and service delivery commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and Agile best practices across programmes.

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience within technology or digital transformation environments.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Intelligent Document Processing, document automation, or OCR-related projects.
• Proven experience delivering multiple Agile projects concurrently.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across technical and business functions.
• Experience overseeing enterprise-scale projects with significant budgets and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong track record of executive-level stakeholder engagement.
• Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe delivery methodologies.
• Sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile programme execution.
• Scope, schedule, budget, and resource management.
• Risk management and change control.
• Project governance and portfolio reporting.
• Expertise with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of Intelligent Document Processing and document automation solutions.
• Knowledge of OCR technologies and document AI platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud-based document processing services.
• Understanding of workflow automation, enterprise integrations, and API connectivity.
• Awareness of AI, machine learning, and data processing concepts.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes and project deliverable
