Minimum Requirements:

  • Postgraduate Degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years'+ experience in a data analysis, commercial support, or business analytics role.
  • Proven experience working with pricing, promotions, and merchandising data.
  • Previous exposure to FMCG, retail, or supply chain environments is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced Excel and data modelling skills.
  • Experience with SAP Retail, Tableau, Power BI, or other BI and ERP systems.
  • Ability to translate technical findings into meaningful business insights.
  • Basic SQL knowledge will be advantageous.

What You'll Be Doing:

Reporting to the Executive, you will:
  • Analyse pricing, promotions, merchandising, and supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain pricing and profitability models to support commercial decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on key business KPIs, including product performance, margins, inventory levels, and service delivery metrics.
  • Conduct competitor pricing and promotion analysis.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
  • Support cost-to-serve, margin, and supply chain performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Sales, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to ensure data accuracy and business alignment.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
