Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions
• Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Create process flows, use cases, user stories, and system documentation
• Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Assist with solution design, testing, implementation, and user adoption
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes
• Serve as the bridge between business users and technical teams

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems analysis methodologies
• Experience gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
• Ability to create process maps, workflows, and system documentation
• Exposure to Agile environments and working with cross-functional teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex problems
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, or enterprise systems would be advantageous
