Job Spec: Position - TLB Operator (tractor loader backhoe)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced TLB Operator to join our team.

Candidate must have the following key requirements:

Minimum 5 years TLB operating experience

Valid TLB Operator Certificate

Valid Code 10 Driver's Licence

Operating the TLB for excavation, trenching, and digging of foundations

Loading and offloading materials such as soil, sand, and rubble

Conducting daily pre-operational checks and basic maintenance on the machine

Reporting mechanical faults or issues to the site supervisor/foreperson

Working alongside site teams to ensure excavation work aligns with project specifications

Adhering to all health and safety protocols on site

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented

Punctual with a strong work ethic

Good communication skills

No history of alcohol or drug abuse.
