You will develop, maintain, and evolve corporate applications using Python and Node.js.

The role combines backend development, systems integration, databases, testing, and performance optimization.

You will also contribute to Generative AI solutions designed to automate processes and support better business decisions.

Accountabilities

• Develop, maintain, and evolve corporate applications across projects of medium and high complexity.
• Build scalable solutions using Python and Node.js, applying object-oriented programming principles and software development best practices.
• Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, and technical detailing in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs to integrate systems and services.
• Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure reliable applications.
• Execute corrective and evolutionary maintenance, contributing to system stability, availability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop queries and routines using relational databases and advanced SQL.
• Create and implement Generative AI solutions that support process automation and business decision-making.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and executive-level updates for internal clients and stakeholders.
• Work autonomously on technical decisions and implementations while contributing knowledge and best practices to the broader development team.
• Support strategic initiatives involving software engineering, Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, and modern technology architectures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field.
• Solid professional experience with Python and Node.js development.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with relational database modeling and manipulation.
• Experience with Git and code versioning practices.
• Proven experience with testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues.
• Ability to work independently on projects of medium and high complexity.
• Analytical, proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions and present results or indicators clearly to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Generative AI is desirable, including LangChain, FastAPI, Azure OpenAI, open-source models such as Llama, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, LLM evaluation techniques, virtual assistants, or intelligent agents.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana is a plus.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD concepts, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is desirable.
• Experience with distributed architectures, microservices, AI applied to business, process automation, or corporate digital transformation projects is an advantage.
