The Client Solutions Architect will serve as a senior technical advisor, shaping infrastructure, security, and technology strategies across a portfolio of clients.
This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic business thinking and a strong focus on client outcomes.
You will guide complex technology initiatives, assess risks, and build roadmaps that align technology investments with business priorities.
A key part of the position is mentoring Client Solutions Architects and raising the team's capabilities in architecture, communication, and strategic delivery.
You will collaborate closely with client success, project management, and service delivery teams to turn technology strategies into measurable results.
The role offers significant exposure to enterprise environments, C-level stakeholders, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.

Accountabilities
- Establish and lead a structured mentorship program for Client Solutions Architects, including individualized development plans, regular one-on-one coaching, and targeted development opportunities.
- Mentor architects on technical expertise, client relationship management, strategic thinking, solution design, communication, and technical presentation skills.
- Guide team members in cloud architecture, security frameworks, emerging technologies, advanced solution design methodologies, and architectural best practices.
- Lead technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions focused on complex problem solving, system integration, and innovative solution approaches.
- Review solution designs, technical proposals, and client presentations to ensure quality, strategic alignment, and adherence to technical best practices.
- Lead and coordinate infrastructure initiatives across multiple technical domains while establishing consistent standards for client infrastructure and security architecture.
- Maintain a deep understanding of each client's business objectives, strategic plans, technical environments, operational challenges, and critical infrastructure dependencies.
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps that align IT investments with business goals, growth initiatives, and long-term technology strategies.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technology and cybersecurity risks before they affect client operations or business continuity.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and client concerns, providing senior-level guidance and resolution.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and participate in client meetings as a strategic technical advisor.
- Partner with Client Success Managers to support client satisfaction, retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with project management and service delivery teams to translate strategic technology plans into actionable implementation and migration roadmaps.
- Provide technical expertise during renewal and expansion discussions and help identify opportunities to optimize client technology environments.
- Drive measurable outcomes, including major strategic technology initiatives, roadmap milestones, technology optimizations, client assessments, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Contribute to industry thought leadership, continuous improvement, and other strategic initiatives as assigned.
- 6-9 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in enterprise client-facing roles and 5+ years within managed service provider environments.
- Strong expertise in cloud architecture, infrastructure strategy, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
- Current certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS certifications, and/or CISSP are strongly valued.
- Strong knowledge of security and compliance frameworks, including NIST and CMMC 2.0.
- Demonstrated experience developing technology strategies and roadmaps that translate business objectives into actionable technical initiatives.
- Proven ability to assess complex infrastructure environments, understand critical dependencies, and proactively manage technology and security risks.
- Exceptional C-level relationship management skills and the ability to build credibility with senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong mentoring and leadership capabilities, with experience developing technical professionals and improving team-wide capabilities.
