This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Contract & Compliance Analyst based in Brazil.
This role supports day-to-day contract and compliance operations within a global, multicultural environment.
You will work closely with Business Development, Sales, Compliance, Legal, and other internal teams.
The position focuses on reviewing commercial agreements, identifying obligations and risks, and turning requirements into practical guidance.
You will help manage documentation throughout the contract lifecycle while maintaining accurate records and supporting audit readiness.
The role offers exposure to U.S. contracts, B2B relationships, compliance processes, and regulated-industry requirements.
You will begin with structured guidance and progressively take on greater autonomy as your expertise develops.

Accountabilities
- Review B2B commercial contracts for clients, vendors, and partners, including NDAs, demo agreements, onboarding documentation, insurance requirements, and certificates of insurance.
- Identify contractual obligations, potential risks, and follow-up requirements, preparing clear summaries, risk matrices, checklists, and recommendations for internal review.
- Support Business Development, Sales, and other internal teams by explaining contractual requirements and next steps in practical, easy-to-understand language.
- Coordinate contract lifecycle activities from documentation and review through signature, while tracking post-execution obligations.
- Maintain accurate contract records, document versions, and retention information to support audits and compliance requirements.
- Assist with vendor and partner due diligence by collecting documentation, conducting initial compliance reviews, and flagging items requiring further assessment.
- Manage and prioritize requests through Jira or similar workflow tools, keeping stakeholders informed about progress, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Escalate complex, sensitive, or higher-risk matters to Compliance and Legal teams and follow established approval and review procedures.
- Contribute to improvements in compliance checklists, processes, and workflows.
- Use approved automation and AI tools responsibly, ensuring confidential information is protected and outputs are appropriately validated.
- Practical experience in contract analysis, compliance, legal operations, or a closely related role within a corporate B2B environment.
- Experience reviewing or supporting U.S. contracts or working with U.S.-based clients in a contracts or compliance capacity.
- Advanced English and fluent Spanish, with the ability to review documentation and communicate clearly and professionally in both languages.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests, maintain accurate documentation, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Collaborative and service-oriented approach when supporting internal stakeholders, balancing responsiveness and urgency with accuracy and appropriate risk awareness.
- Ability to work effectively under direct supervision while progressively developing autonomy and ownership.
- A university degree in Law is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, technology, or another regulated industry is a plus.
- Experience working in a medium or large organization or consulting environment with a high volume of clients and requests is desirable.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar request-management and prioritization tools is an advantage.
- Full-time position with an initial six-month assignment.
